Promotions Terms & Conditions

1. 20% Off Your 2nd Bodyboard

The “Enjoy 20% Off Your 2nd Bodyboard” promotion applies to eligible Bodyboards only and is available for a limited time.

To qualify:

• Both Bodyboards must be added to the same shopping cart.

• The discount will automatically apply to the lower-priced Bodyboard.

• Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

2. Save Up to 20% on Bags & Fins with Bodyboard Purchase

(Effective July 1, 2023)

The “Save Up to 20% on Bags & Fins upon purchase of any Bodyboard” promotion applies to all Bodyboards except the Mini Boogie 21".

To qualify:

• Bags and/or Fins must be selected directly from the respective Bodyboard product page.

• Discounts may not display within the shopping cart and will only be reflected during checkout.

• Products added separately outside of the Bodyboard product page may not qualify for the promotional pricing.

3. Newsletter 10% Discount

The Newsletter 10% Discount is valid for first-time purchases only and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise specified.

4. Eligibility

Promotions are open to all customers unless otherwise specified. Certain promotions may be limited to specific products, categories, regions, or customer segments.

5.Promotion Period

Each promotion is available only during the stated promotional period as outlined in the relevant marketing materials or website communication.

6. Discounts & Offers

Discounts apply only to eligible items as specified within each promotion. Unless explicitly stated, promotions, promo codes, and discounts cannot be combined.

7. Redemption

To redeem a promotion, customers must:

• Enter the applicable promo code at checkout; or

• Follow the redemption instructions provided in the promotional materials.

8. Limitations

• Promotions may be limited to one redemption per customer.

• Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.

• Additional restrictions may apply depending on the specific promotion.

9. Returns & Refunds

If an item purchased under a promotional offer is returned, any refund issued will reflect the discounted purchase price paid. Promotional discounts cannot be reapplied after a return or exchange.

10. Free Delivery Threshold

Orders must meet the applicable free delivery threshold after all discounts, promotions, and promo codes have been applied in order to qualify for free shipping.

11. Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent or abusive activity, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or misuse of promotional offers, may result in:

• Disqualification from promotions;

• Order cancellation; and/or

• Account suspension.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
