About the Board

Enter the Morey MACH 7. First unveiled in 1981, this iconic board has since undergone years of refinement.

At the heart of the current iteration of the MACH 7 is a hefty, resilient PE core that performs especially well in colder waters with its soft flex. The softness and flex characteristic of the PE core is fortified by an REX stringer, which ensures the right balance of flex and maximum durability on the roughest tides.

The Crescent Tail offers more board stability and a smoother ride. And those 50/50 rails are tailor-made for those craving speed without forgoing maneuverability. It also sports an NXLPE deck, the premium deck skin for bodyboards, offering superior flexibility, comfort, durability, and shock absorption, which is crucial for bodyboarders landing tricks or navigating choppy waves.

Beyond its specs, the Mach 7 is a beacon of bodyboarding heritage... backed by decades of relentless fine-tuning.

Great Board

Board is solid and rides really well. I took it out last week for the first time. I took it out yesterday for the second time and the bottom of the board had water in it from the first outing? Is this normal? I was surprised and worry there is something wrong with the board.

Mach7 5 Stars!

Our last board was 15+ years old & it was time for a new one for the kids. The Mach 7 showed up & its perfect! Beautiful design and construction, well worth the price for a quality board that'll last over a decade of use!

Favorite bodyboard

I've been using the Morey Mach 7 (42") for more than a decade, and it has been a great experience. It has been very durable as well as functional. I bought a new Mach 7 just to have on hand in case my old one gets too beat up, but after 10+ years, it is still going strong. I especially love getting barrels with this board!

33 years and running

I got a Mach 7 back in 1991 and spent many summers riding waves on it in Malibu, CA. Held onto it over the years and it’s still in near perfect condition. Now my 9-year old daughter is using it and it hasn’t lost a step.
